Chilled water systems are best for boats and yachts over 50 feet long that can adequately handle the systems and have an engine room that can house the chiller units. Air handlers will need to be placed in spaces around the boat to adequately cool the entire boat.

Chilled water systems will have chilled water running throughout the length of your boat which means you must have some pretty high-quality insulated piping.
